I’ve been going through a challenging time in my life right now. The first thing that truly went was knitting and spinning. When I don’t engage with the things that I love it’s a big warning sign to me that something is wrong. I haven’t been doing enough to actually have anything to write about but last night I finally sat down and did some spinning. It’s been so long that I felt rusty and like I couldn’t remember how to spin consistently. But that’s okay. Sometimes you just need to sit down and make it happen.

I have been slowly working on my blue Theodore Wrap. I took it to dungeons and dragons with me this past weekend and split off the sleeves. I love the beautiful color but I’m not feeling inspired or happy enough to work on it consistently. It doesn’t have to be done quickly though. Slow and steady still gets things finished.
