Spun on the Ashford e-Spinner. It took about 8 days to spin – I do have some of this fiber left but needed to clear my bobbins for a class I’m taking. The finished yarn is a worsted weight. It was a fun yarn to spin. The tweed made some sections a bit thicker than others but not in an unpleasant way. The finished yarn is a bit dirty looking? It has a bit of a dishwater effect with the base color being a bit grey-ish. This yarn is not soft at all. Overall, it’s more of an art yarn that I enjoyed spinning but will leave the skein as finished object in itself rather than looking to knit with it.
