Procrasti-knitting

I need to work on Christmas knitting but I’m having so much fun with my new sweater that I haven’t started anything for the holidays. To be fair, what I have in mind is small so it shouldn’t take me long to make but it does require that I take the time to sit down and work on it. Look at the progress I’ve made on my sweater in just a week though.

Last week at this time I was just casting on and now I’ve already got sleeves. I guess that’s what happens when you have time off work to sit with family and knit while chatting. Thanksgiving really offered a lot of time to relax and get things done. Plus all the food was yummy. My chocolate pie did not turn out but the rolls and salad I made were both delicious.

I also got to pass on the doggy sweater I made for Charlie. I’m so glad I took the time to knit a bigger size because it seems to work really well for him. My sister-in-law was kind enough to take some pictures of the sweater in use and he looks so adorable.
