Now that the Jelly Roll blanket is finished I’ve enjoyed browsing for new ideas. I did end up casting on the Beeswax Mitts again. They’re not mindless knitting but they are going fairly quickly. I’m about halfway done with the first mitt.

I’m loving how bright and sunny this yarn is. Yellow isn’t a color I’d normally gravitate to but it just makes me so happy right now.

In other news, I officially frogged my Mara Cardigan. My block with sweaters remains an issue but I also think I want to try again with a different pattern that will show off the yarn better. I loved the texture of the Mara Cardigan but not for this yarn. Maybe I’ll come back to it someday. We’ll see.
