Here in NC we had a big snow dump over the weekend. Where we live we were actually in the “dry zone” for this storm which means we didn’t get as much as most of the rest of the state, but we did get a good amount eventually. You’d think this means I got a lot of my Soft Full Moon shawl edging done but no. I started a Sophie Hood by PetiteKnit and got absolutely sucked in.

I’m using my favorite yarn, Swoon Fibers Cashmere DK, in the color beetroot. I think I originally got this yarn for something for my husband since it’s his favorite color but the Sophie Hood won this time. I have four skeins so I should have plenty for the hood. If I have some left over I might make him a super soft hat.
